The Toque 12 Indonesia is a luxury guide to 12 of Indonesia's most highly regarded restaurants and their international, award-winning chefs. In each episode host Phil Davenport visits one of the exotic venues, is taken on a tour by the owner or general manager and later meets the chef who takes Phil through the preparation of some of their signature dishes. Host Phil and the chefs keep it real and relevant in this unique destination cooking show.

In this episode Phil takes us to a beacon of the culinary scene in Bali, Kayaputi at the St Regis in Nusa Dua.

Phil welcomes us to Ku De Ta in Seminyak, Bali where he is head executive chef to prepare a couple of his signature dishes with fellow chef, Ben Cross.

Phil takes us to arguably the best French restaurant in Jakarta, Amuz. A gracefully stylish, gourmet restaurant helmed by one of the true culinary masters in Indonesia, French chef Gilles Marx.

Toque 12 - Ep 4 - Amuz Part 2

In Jakarta's Amuz, we're in the kitchen with Chef's Gilles Marx for the preparation of another signature dish, the Crispy Skin Sea Bass and afterwards Eric takes us through the preparation of a dessert with Strawberries and a Fig Sorbet. Gilles recommends a wine to accompany the meal. Next in the kitchen is Sea Bass with Tomato Ravioli and Watercress Jus. Phil then sits down for a conversation with Gilles about his culinary background then it's back to the kitchen with Eric for the last signature dish, a Celeriac Terrine.

Toque 12 - Ep 5 - Otel Lobby

Phil takes us to a recent addition to the Jakarta dining scene, Otel Lobby, who's hip aesthetic imitates a hotel lobby and attracts the city's cool crowd. We are shown the venue's highlights by Phil who then sits down with owner-chef Maya Aldy for a conversation about the concept behind the restaurant and the signature dishes she'll be preparing in this episode.

Toque 12 - Ep 6 - Dava at Ayana

Dava, the signature dining venue at the five star, award- winning Ayana Resort and Spa. Phil guides us on a tour of the property, ending at Dava where he meets Singaporean Chef de Cuisine, Jusman So. After a short chat with Jusman and Executive Chef Jordano, we go into the kitchen for the preparation of two of Chef Jusman's signature dishes, Wagu Beef Carpaccio and a Blue Cheese and Pear Salad.
